The Stomp is gone….but the music goes on at the German Club with the launch of “The HOP”.
Organiser, Anton van Rooyen, believes people have lost interest in the format of the Stomp. Therefore bringing in well-known musicians and bands from the ‘On the Go’ era together with other local artists, will not only rekindle the nostalgic memories of the 60’s onwards but make “The HOP” the talk of the town.

To entertain you on the 27th February @ 7:30pm will be Gene Smith, multiple winner of the ‘On the Go Show’ with Tank, Pleasure Machine and Steel. Joining him and the Cadillacs on the night, will be the 1979 On the Go winners Bishop, as well as Deon Le Roux.
Join us for a night of great music and dancing.

There will be lucky draw prizes and you are welcome to bring your own snacks or meat to braai on the fires provided. Alternately, meals can be ordered from the German Club Restaurant.
For more information please call either 082 567 7404 or (041) 367 2791 or visit http://www.thehop.co.za
