This weekend’s Wholesome Market surely saw more visitors than previous Markets. It was a lovely sunny day for all the activities and for the Pram Challenge hosted by Klinicare. Kiddies were running around having lots of fun and parents got useful information during the challenge.
As for the normal market, all the favourites were there from Henna Tattoos and SandArt to Shanghai Steak Rolls and Pancakes. A great way to spend your Saturday indeed!

If you weren’t at 67th on 4th last night you missed one heck of a party! DJ’s were rocking some dik tunes and the atmosphere was buzzing. The Vibe will definitely be attending the next Travellers Party.

Yesterday we attended the 1st Annual Bikini Bike Wash at the Cleary Park Shopping Centre brought to you by Strawdogs MC and Blue Dolphin Sports Bar.
We arrived a bit early to take a few shots of the setting up part and then the washing started around 10am. There were quite a few people that came to support the event and boerewors rolls and draft beer seemed to be the order of the day. The Vibe enjoyed it, so if you weren’t there… remember to look out for it next year!

Yesterday we attended The Wholesome Market at Holmeleigh Farm. This was the first time I had been to the market and I was really impresssed. What a fun outing for the whole family. The market is held the first weekend of every month.
Live music is played in the background as you walk through the stalls checking out all sorts of goods being displayed from jewellery to kiddies educational toys. When you get hungry there are many different types of food to choose from. We opted for the Shanghai Steak Roll, very tasty and no long queues to wait for them either as they are made very quickly. I can see myself going every month from now on. Such a nice way to just get away from all the worries of the world and the stresses of our jobs. I give it two thumbs up indeed!
