This weekend’s Super 14 final is providing the perfect curtain raiser for the launch of The Boardwalk’s giant high-definition screen in the Vodacom Amphitheatre.

“We are creating a world of soccer at The Boardwalk to ensure that the people of Nelson Mandela Bay and visitors can enjoy all the fun and excitement of the World Cup – with some added glamour, and everything will already be in place for the Super 14 finals on Saturday,” says Boardwalk marketing manager Tanuja Gangabishun.

Entrance to the Vodacom Amphitheatre is free, and Bulls and Stormers fans will be treated to the full World Cup experience, she says. This includes Shooter Girls, “sexy cheerleaders,” waitron service and, of course, a braai.

The doors open at four thirty on Saturday afternoon.
